CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems for plate and tube exchangers are manufactured in various sizes from 100 to 3000 liters at Iran Industrial Process Co., Ltd. Small and relatively large CIP systems are mounted on a mobile cart and are portable. Heating and temperature regulation of the cleaning fluids are carried out by electrical elements and a control panel mounted on the CIP.

The use of CIP increases the production and heat exchange efficiency of the plate exchanger and reduces the need to replace gaskets.
