Industrial Farayand Pajouhan of Iran Company has more than 29 years of experience based on the most advanced technologies in the world, relying on the facilities, experiences, and technical knowledge of its experts in the field of designing and manufacturing various types of compact heat exchanger equipment, including all types of plate heat exchangers based on the ASME SEC VIII DiV 1 standard, as well as all types of gaskets for all brands of plate heat exchangers available in the country in both industrial and food categories based on the global ASTM D2000 standard.
This company also provides the necessary services in the field of major repairs of plate heat exchangers, including descaling, replacing gaskets, and performing CIP (cleaning in place) operations using standard solutions by expert personnel.
Manufacturing continuous solid-liquid separation equipment, including rotary vacuum filters, as well as various types of continuous and semi-continuous centrifuges, especially decanter centrifuges, is the specialty of Farayand Pajouhan Industrial Iran Company.

Industrial Farayand Pajouhan of Iran Company, with the help of God Almighty, relying on an active expert force, using the most advanced equipment in the world with private capital, produces various types of plate heat exchangers (GPHE), shell-tube (SHELL & TUBE), integrated heat exchangers (BPHE) and also various types of gaskets for plate heat exchangers (GASKET) as well as exchanger repair and maintenance services (MAINTENANCE), especially descaling through CIP or disassembly and REGASKET.

Industrial Farayand Pajouhan of Iran has special and unique hardware facilities, such as a 15,000-ton press for plate production, to produce various types of plate heat exchangers. These special hardware facilities, along with the knowledge and experience available in this complex, have made it possible to produce a variety of plate and tubular heat exchangers in accordance with international standards and codes.
Due to the production of zero to one hundred heat exchangers and their spare parts, there is always the necessary access for repair and maintenance of the delivered exchangers. The establishment of the main factory of Farayand Pajouhan Company in Tehran province has made it possible to provide services to all parts of the country with ease.
Converters manufactured by Farayand Pajouhan have a minimum one-year warranty and 15 years of after-sales service.

Quality control
In the lean production thinking system, improving the quality level of products and services, involving the customer in the production process, and maintaining comprehensive product quality leads to capital conservation, cost control, customer attraction and satisfaction, etc. In this regard, Industrial Farayand Pajouhan of Iran uses the company’s specialized personnel and advanced internal equipment, as well as partner laboratories if needed, to control the quality of important parameters at each stage of production.
The following parameters are regularly controlled and recorded in the production of plate heat exchangers:
- COMPOUND physical properties in terms of Compression Set, Elongation At Break, Tensile Strength, Aging Properties
- The production conditions of the plates in terms of the absence of any damage, breakage, and cracks in the final product through visual inspection and color testing.
- Calibration of the main plate production press and gasket production presses in terms of temperature and pressure
- Conducting hydrostatic testing and fluid immiscibility testing based on standard processes
Research and development
The Research and Development Unit of Industrial Farayand Pajouhan of Iran, as one of the main pillars of the company, is responsible for designing and developing new products as well as improving the quality of the company’s current products. Utilizing experienced experts, collaborating with academic and research centers, and using the most up-to-date advanced technologies is the agenda of this unit to achieve its set goals.

- Design and manufacture of molds and tools necessary for the industrial production of double wall exchangers
- Design and manufacture of molds and tools necessary for the industrial production of semi-weld & full-weld converters
- Improving the formulation of gaskets to better comply with food contact standards and produce a variety of Food Grade gaskets with properties equivalent to industrial gaskets.
- Inventing special descaling methods for various industries in the country
- Analysis of pressurized equipment using ANSYS and ABAQUS finite element software
- Manufacturing new types of breeze converters
- Production of anti-corrosion coating to prevent corrosion and deposits on plates
