Overhaul of plate heat exchangers is completely performed at Farayand Pajouhan Company. Overhaul of heat exchangers usually includes disassembly, washing with high-pressure water, chemical washing with permitted solutions, then neutralizing these solutions before they enter the environment. After this step, the gaskets are replaced and, if necessary, the damaged plates are replaced. After washing, repainting the frame, replacing the flange cover (Rubber Insert), and fixing any other defects, the converter is reassembled and tested. If necessary, major repairs are carried out at the customer’s site and by sending relevant personnel. In addition, the necessary facilities for performing CIP operations for large exchangers are available at Farayand Pajouhan Company, and this company has repeatedly carried out chemical cleaning of large exchangers in the company’s oil and gas industries and at relevant sites.
Spare parts
Usually, there is sufficient stock of plates produced by Farayand Pajouhan Company in the company’s warehouse, and it is possible to immediately supply several hundred of each SS304 and SS316 plate sample. Also, the most widely used gaskets in the country’s market made of NBR and EPDM, and especially the gaskets related to the plates produced by Farayand Pajoohan Company in hundreds of pieces, are usually ready to be delivered to the customer. Sometimes, a number of plates made of titanium and Hastelloy c276 or nickel superalloys are also ready to be delivered in small and medium sizes.
